Sickle Cell Action Community Health Fellowship training
Flagship program

Sickle Cell Action Community Health Fellowship

A 3-month intensive fellowship training a network of health champions. Fellows learn everything from counselling to community health, complete a Training-of-Trainers, and lead their own PET community projects — building lasting change, one session at a time.

Blood Donation Drives

Regular community blood drives ensuring a lifeline for warriors in crisis — now in partnership with the National Blood Transfusion Service Agency.

Genotype Testing & Awareness

Helping people know their genotype and understand compatibility — because knowledge saves lives and testing prevents regrets.

Health Insurance Enrollment

Enrolling warriors in the Ekiti State Health Insurance Scheme so they can access free medical care across all levels of care.

  • Free care at primary, secondary & tertiary facilities
  • Reducing the financial burden on families
  • Goal: every Ekiti warrior enrolled by 2026
